The RSU wants to celebrate more than just your academic achievements this year! We want to celebrate all of the things that make up our student body. The RSU Student Awards are the chance for you, the students, to nominate the people you think deserve to be recognised. From the silly to the strange nominate your friends, classmates and staff for a 2015 award. Just click on the link for the category, fill in the short form and your nomination will be counted.

Q. Where can I buy a ticket?
A. Tickets are not yet on sale but they will be available from the website or from the SU office on the Mezz (M01).
Q. I’ve bought a ticket online, when will it be sent to me.
A. Just like freshers, Summer Ball tickets will be in the form of a wristband. Once we have received your payment we will notify you and you will be able to collect your wristband from the SU office on the Mezz (M01).
Q. What’s the dress code?
A. The dress code is smart casual summer. (No need to fret over getting yourself a ball gown or dinner jacket)
Q. Can my friend/relative, who is not a student, attend the Summer Ball?
A. Yes, non-students as guests of students are welcome to attend. All guests must have a valid ticket. (You must be responsible for your guests behaviour at all times)
Q. Can I attend as a post-graduate/ mature/ part-time/ first year student?
A. Yes, the ball is open to all students!
Q. Do I need to bring my student card/ID to the Ball for verification?
A. Yes you may be required to show your UCL ID and age ID (valid passport or driving licence)
Q. What happens to lost property?
A. After the event any lost items will be returned to the Students Union Office on the Mezz (M01).
Q. Will I be able to get my photo taken?
A. Photographers and a photobooth will be present for taking pictures of you and your friends.
Q. Will there be food?
A. Yes there will be food.
Q. I’ve bought a ticket but can’t come, can a get a refund?
A. Unfortunately unless the event is cancelled we are unable to offer refunds.
