How can I become a member of the Ravensbourne Students’ Union?
Once enrolled at Ravensbourne, you are automatically signed to the Students’ Union, so you can start using our services straight away. You can also remove yourself from the Union.
How many members are in the Students’ Union?
There are approximately 1800 students in Ravensbourne, therefore 1800 students in the Union.
How is the Students’ Union run?
The Students’ Union is run by yourself; students. Your thoughts and opinions are put forward by an elected Student Parliament to the executive Union team, who help manage the Union.
The Union is partly funded by Ravensbourne, although we actively seek other funding via our various shops, events and services.
Is the union part of Ravensbourne?
Although the Union resides within Ravensbourne, we are a separate organisation. Therefore we can represent the students’ voices and opinions in impartial and independent ways. Although we do work closely with Ravensbourne to provide the best experience you can receive.
