How to collect your online purchases

Online purchases can now be collected at any time (providing there is someone in the office). This is subject to change and you will be notified accordingly of such change.

So you’ve bought something on the shop and now you want to collect it? It’s a simple process, but it requires you to print out some receipts.

When you make a purchase on our shop, you should receive two emails, one will be from RSU Shop and one from Paypal.

• You will need to print both of these out
• Bring them to the RSU Office

You will also need to bring with you, your student ID. You may be asked to provide additional photographic ID.

If you satisfy these instructions - we will be able to hand your product over - you will also need to sign a ‘Collection In Person Agreement’ which just indicates you received the product in person and as described.

If you can’t print at home, don’t worry - try to show us your receipt electronically either on your phone or on a laptop.

Hoodie Purchase

You will receive a reference code at the top of your receipt for hoodie pre-orders. We will advertise when that reference code is ready to collect.

Event Tickets

If you have bought event tickets, the terms and conditions above for collections also apply. However, the latest you have to collect your tickets will be 4PM (GMT) on the event day.
